Situated in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg, the proposed site is surrounded by lush natural growth and highlighted by a seasonal stream running along the eastern edge of this 27 acre site. Merge has completed a 'soft' conceptual master-plan design for this hospitality based program which includes a luxury hotel, a spa resort, condominiums and independent villas.

The concept design layout is sensitive and responsive to the natural terrain and the environment and negotiates a progressive connection from the hard edges of the site on the west and south to the softer natural edges to the east and north-east.
