April 2014

Varun Kohli presented our studio's work on the Indian sub-continent at Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD). The presentation highlighted the significant impact of environmentally responsive design in the developer market of the country and its associated challenges. The lecture event was organized by student groups at GSD including India GSD and GSD Green Design.

March 2014

For its 5th anniversary issue, Architecture & Interiors India's March 2014 Issue listed 100 top trendsetting designers in India. Merge Studio's founding principal, Varun Kohli was listed as part of this 'hot 100 trendsetter' list.

February 2014

In this issue of fensterbau frontale India, Varun Kohli discusses the challanges of designing glass facades in Chennai and provides in an insight into our analysis process assessing the solar heat gains for Jashn Corporate HQ project.
