CONCEPT:
The proposed pavilion is designed as an outdoor element that is linear in spatial quality and allows conference delegates to wander through the structure. In addition to the space being used by product exhibitors, the structure itself is a demonstration of storefront or curtainwall system and passive design methodology using environmental analysis tools.
SOLAR LOGIC & PANELING:
Each unit has angular components on the vertical plane that have been generated randomly. The shapes create a variety of conditions for solar shading and exposure. Based on the solar exposure and views the panel materials will be selected. Solar insolation study shows the variation in solar exposure.
